Majority in Interest of Investors means Investors holding more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes.
Majority in Interest of Investors means Investors holding more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be Centerview, unless the Notes are transferred or assigned by Centerview in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Majority in Interest of Investors means Investors holding a majority of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes.
