Majority Series A-1 Preferred Shareholders definition

Majority Series A-1 Preferred Shareholders means the holders representing more than fifty percent (50%) of, the Series A-1 Preferred Shares and the Class B Ordinary Shares then outstanding, voting as a single class on an as converted basis.
