  • Except as provided below, a Mallinckrodt Entity shall be solely responsible for the adjudication of any claims filed by a Mallinckrodt Group Employee or Former Mallinckrodt Group Employee before the Distribution Date under the Mallinckrodt Health Plan.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips.
