Managed Lanes definition

Managed Lanes means the US 36 Managed Lanes and I-25 Managed Lanes, together with all improvements, technology, signage, and all Assets used to enable Tolls to be charged in accordance with the Concession Agreement.
Managed Lanes means the tolled managed lanes of IH 35E within the Project limits where operational strategies are proactively implemented and managed in response to changing conditions.
Managed Lanes has the meaning assigned to it in the Concession Agreement. “Management and Finance Services Agreements” has the meaning assigned to it in Appendix A to the MSA.

Managed Lanes means the tolled managed lanes of IH 35E within the Project limits where NEPA Approvals means the TxDOT-Provided Approvals within the “Environmental” folder located
Managed Lanes means Limited Access Highway lanes located within the Property that increase traffic efficiency by using various design and operational strategies (including congestion priced tolls), including the Electronic Toll Collection System for such lanes.

Related to Managed Lanes

  • Managed Assets means the total assets of the Trust (including any assets attributable to money borrowed for investment purposes) minus the sum of the Trust’s accrued liabilities (other than money borrowed for investment purposes).

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
