Campground definition
Campground means real property made available to persons for camping, whether by tent, trailer, camper, cabin, recreational vehicle, or similar device and includes the outdoor recreational facilities located on the real property. “Campground” does not include a manufactured home community or mobile home park as defined in section 435.1.
Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.

Campground means any parcel of land which is designed, maintained, intended or used for the purpose of provid- ing sites for nonpermanent overnight use by 4 or more camping units, or which is advertised or represented as a camping area.
Campground means a recreational camping park where fees are charged for the recreational use of the park and that can accommodate 10 or more temporary living quarters, including but not limited to tents, recreational vehicles, trailers, vans, pickup campers and motor homes.[PL 1995, c. 129, §1 (NEW).]
