Managed Service Provider” (MSP means a Contractor that is responsible for the provisioning and operation of a multi-sourced Service Provider environment. Specifically, for this RFP, the MSP facilitates, coordinates, and operates a multi-sourced network on behalf of the State. The State provides governance of the operation and management of the network and the MSP provides best-in-class practices, tools, and design/operation consultation. The terms “MSP” and “Contractor” may be used interchangeably in this RFP.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.

  • Company Service Provider means a Company Employee, a Company Independent Contractor or a member of the Company Board.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • The Service Provider means the organization or firm providing the services under this Contract.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
