Management Fee Payment Date definition

Management Fee Payment Date means, with respect to any Calculation Date, the date that is ten (10) Business Days following the receipt by the Company of the calculation of the Management Fee from the MSA Administrator with respect to such Calculation Date.
Management Fee Payment Date means the first Business Day of each Fiscal Quarter or, in the case of the Fiscal Quarter in which this Agreement is terminated, the Termination Date.

Management Fee Payment Date means within ten (10) Business Days of the end of each calendar month.
