Management Rights Agreements definition

Management Rights Agreements means the management rights agreements between the Company and each of First Reserve Fund XI, L.P., FR XI Onshore AIV, L.P., C/R Cobalt Investment Partnership, L.P., Carlyle/Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund III, L.P., GS Capital Partners V Institutional, L.P. and GS Capital Partners VI Parallel, L.P. as such agreements may be amended from time to time in accordance therewith.

Management Rights Agreements means the Management Rights Agreements to be dated as of the Closing Date, to be executed by the Company and delivered to the HMTF Funds, a form of which is attached as Exhibit E.

Management Rights Agreements means those certain Management Rights Agreements, dated as of the Initial Closing Date, by and among the Borrower and each Original Lender in the form of Exhibit F to the Original Securities Purchase Agreement, each as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.
