Management Session definition

Management Session. Any discussion of the Employer which has as its objective the consideration or development of CUPE 3902's position as Employer, including discussions related to collective bargaining, the administration of the Collective Agreement, hiring (except as provided for in Article 11.03), formal grievances and/or discipline, suspension or discharge of any employee.

Management Session means any discussion which has as its objective the consideration or development of Local 3913’s position as Employer, including discussions related to collective bargaining between Local 1281 and Local 3913, the administration of the 1281/3913 Collective Agreement, hiring (except as provided for in Articles III and V), formal grievances and/or discipline, suspension or discharge of any Employee covered by this Agreement.

Related to Management Session

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Management Services Agreements means an agreement, however styled, between (a) the Issuer or a Guarantor, on the one hand, and (b) a PC Entity, on the other hand, pursuant to which the Issuer or a Guarantor provides management services or similar services to such PC Entity. All references to Management Services Agreements shall also include all such related documents necessary to ensure that each relationship with each PC Entity meets the PC Entity Requirements.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.
