Management Stock Option definition

Management Stock Option. Plan shall mean the Company's stock option plan in existence on the date hereof pursuant to which the Company has the right to grant options or warrants to employees or consultants of the Company for up to a maximum of 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock. Non-Transferring Stockholder. See Section 2.2.
Management Stock Option. Agreements: the stock option agreements which have been entered into between the Company and each Option Holder other than CBS with respect to the issuance of such Option Holder's Options.
