Manager Owner definition

Manager Owner means any person or entity that owns, directly or indirectly, 25% or more of the legal or beneficial ownership interests in Manager.
Manager Owner with respect to Manager, any current or future general partner, managing member, or controlling shareholder of Manager.
Manager Owner means each of BondCo, Inc., CoulCo, Inc. and their respective direct and indirect owners.
