Manager Subordination Agreement definition

Manager Subordination Agreement means the Manager Subordination Agreement dated as of the date of this Indenture, among the Partnership, the Manager and the Trustee.

Manager Subordination Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) hereof.

Manager Subordination Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section I(18) of Exhibit B.
