Mandatory Early Redemption Event definition

Mandatory Early Redemption Event means (each of) the events specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means the determination by the Calculation Agent on any Interest Determination Date that the sum of (i) the aggregate of all Interest Amounts previously paid in respect of any Interest Payment Dates prior to the relevant Interest Determination Date and (ii) the Interest Amount payable on the next Interest Payment Date is equal to or greater than the Target Interest Amount.
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means an event as further specified in the relevant Final Terms whereby the Closing Price of a specified Share or of all Shares, as the case may be, as determined by the Calculation Agent as of any Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date is, as specified in the relevant Final Terms, (i) “greater than”, (ii) “greater than or equal to”, (iii) “less than” or (iv) “less than or equal to” the Mandatory Early Redemption Price, or as the case may be, any other specified value;

Examples of Mandatory Early Redemption Event in a sentence

  • If "Mandatory Early Redemption" is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, then such Final Terms will specify what constitutes a "Mandatory Early Redemption Event" and, following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event, the Notes will be redeemed on the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Payment Date and the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms will become payable and no further amount shall be payable in respect of such Notes.

  • If a Mandatory Early Redemption Event does not occur, then, on the Valuation Date, if the Closing Price of each Share in the Basket is greater than or equal to 90 per cent.

  • This represents $17,000 per annum on a new asset value of say $200,000 for an unsealed road (minus 8.5% pa).

  • For the purposes of item 15 of Part A above, a Mandatory Early Redemption Event shall be deemed to have occurred in respect of a MER Valuation Date if in the determination of the Determination Agent, the Underlying Closing Level of the Underlying in respect of such MER Valuation Date is equal to or greater than the Mandatory Early Redemption Barrier in respect of such MER Valuation Date and the Underlying.

  • The Structured product will be early redeemed following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event.

  • Mandatory Early Redemption Amount Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled, and subject to the terms herein, upon occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event, the Issuer shall redeem the Notes then outstanding on the Mandatory Early Redemption Date at an amount in EUR per Note equal to the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount.

  • If "Mandatory Early Redemption" is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, then such Final Terms will specify what constitutes a "Mandatory Early Redemption Event" and, following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event, the Notes will be redeemed on the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Payment Date and the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms will become payable and no further amount shall be payable inrespect of such Notes.

  • Liquidation Event means the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event in circumstances in which a Note Guarantor Default and a Swap Counterparty Default have occurred.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Mandatory Early Redemption Event does not have to be continuing on the Early Redemption Date.


More Definitions of Mandatory Early Redemption Event

Mandatory Early Redemption Event means the occurrence of any of the following events or circumstances:
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means (and a Mandatory Early Redemption Event shall be deemed to have occurred where), in respect of a Specified Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date, the Underlying Closing Level of at least 4 Shares within the Share Basket on such Specified Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date are each equal to or greater than the respective Strike Levels of such Shares.
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means the occurrence of either of the following:
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means (i) in the case of the Reference Units comprising GDRs, the termination of the GDR programme of the Reference Issuer and the liquidation of the GDRs prior to the Maturity Date of the Securities without the GDRs being converted into related Shares of the Reference Issuer, as determined by the Issuer in its sole and absolute discretion; and (ii) any other Mandatory Early Redemption Event specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means occurrence of an event listed in paragraph (a) of Section VIII of the First Schedule (Terms and Conditions);
Mandatory Early Redemption Event means an event described in section 3 below;

Related to Mandatory Early Redemption Event

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Mandatory Redemption Event has the meaning given to it in Condition 8.7.

  • Redemption Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Event has the meaning specified in Section 3.02(a) hereto.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Event means the event that occurs if:

  • Special Event Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 11.2.

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Tax Event Redemption Price means an amount equal to the unpaid principal amount of this Note to be redeemed, which shall be determined by multiplying (1) the Outstanding Principal Amount of this Note by (2) the quotient derived by dividing (A) the outstanding principal amount to be redeemed by Principal Life of the Funding Agreement by (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Funding Agreement.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Tax Event Redemption Date means the date upon which a Tax Event Redemption is to occur.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.
