Examples of Mandatory Early Redemption Event in a sentence
If "Mandatory Early Redemption" is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, then such Final Terms will specify what constitutes a "Mandatory Early Redemption Event" and, following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event, the Notes will be redeemed on the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Payment Date and the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms will become payable and no further amount shall be payable in respect of such Notes.
If a Mandatory Early Redemption Event does not occur, then, on the Valuation Date, if the Closing Price of each Share in the Basket is greater than or equal to 90 per cent.
