Mandatory Purchase Price definition

Mandatory Purchase Price means the higher of the Average Market Price for the Listed Shares and the Average Market Price for the Common Units, in each case for the ten consecutive Trading Day period ending on the Trading Day immediately prior to the date of the Mandatory Purchase Event.
Mandatory Purchase Price means an amount equal to (i) 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Series 2018 Bond subject to mandatory purchase on the Mandatory Purchase Date and any accrued interest thereon to but not including the Mandatory Purchase Date and (ii) all of the other Obligations.
Mandatory Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 702 of the Company Lease Agreement relating to the acceleration of the Bonds of any Series, including the Series 2010 Bonds.
