Listed Shares definition

Listed Shares means shares which are traded or listed on an approved stock exchange;

Listed Shares means the number of issued and Outstanding Shares of the Company that have been accepted for listing on the TSX Venture, but excluding dilutive securities not yet converted into Listed Shares;

Listed Shares means: the shares listed on regulated markets in Italy or other EU countries that give the right to vote in shareholders’ meetings involving the appointment of the members of administrative and control bodies;
