Mandatory Redetermination definition

Mandatory Redetermination means the redetermination of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 2.07(d).
Mandatory Redetermination means any reduction of the Borrowing Base ------------------------- pursuant to Section 6.7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary ----------- contained herein, no Mandatory Redetermination shall be deemed or construed to be a Special Redetermination hereunder.
Mandatory Redetermination and “Mandatory Redetermination Datecontained in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement shall be amended to read in full as follows:

Examples of Mandatory Redetermination in a sentence

  • This fee may be deducted from your loan proceeds, which will result in the loan proceeds delivered to you being less than the full amount of your issued loan.

  • In the event a Borrowing Base Deficiency shall occur (or an increase in any pre-existing Borrowing Base Deficiency shall occur) as a result of a CMS Redetermination pursuant to Section 6.4, a Mandatory Redetermination pursuant to Section 6.5, or a Post-Closing Redetermination pursuant to Section 6.6, Borrower shall immediately make a single mandatory prepayment of principal on the Loan in an amount equal to the entire amount of such Borrowing Base Deficiency.

  • For the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the First Redetermination Date or the first Mandatory Redetermination Date, the amount of the Borrowing Base shall be $750,000,000.

  • The amount of the Borrowing Base shall remain at $750,000,000 until the earlier of the First Redetermination Date or the first Mandatory Redetermination Date in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Section 2.07.

  • For the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the First Redetermination Date or the Mandatory Redetermination Date, the amount of the Borrowing Base shall be $235,000,000.

  • The amount of the Borrowing Base shall remain at $235,000,000 until the earlier of the First Redetermination Date or the Mandatory Redetermination Date in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Section 2.07.

  • For the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the First Redetermination Date or the first Mandatory Redetermination Date, the amount of the Conforming Borrowing Base shall be $650,000,000.

  • Interim Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to an Interim Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Interim Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

  • Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Scheduled Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

  • SOFR Interest Determination Date means the day that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Period, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.In addition to the Interest Periods and the Interest Payment Dates, the applicable Pricing Supplement shall specify and describe, as applicable, any relevant interest commencement date, interest period end date, interest determination date, index maturity, rate cut-off date, any other terms relating to the particular method of calculating interest on the Average SOFR Note (including any applicable payment delay, lockout or suspension period, lookback or observation shift) and any other terms applicable specifically to such Average SOFR Note.Term SOFR NotesUnless otherwise provided for or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, Term SOFR Notes will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to Term SOFR (as defined below) (or Specified-Tenor Term SOFR (as defined below)), plus the Spread.

  • Mandatory Redemption means a redemption of ETP Securities in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Redetermination means any Scheduled Redetermination or Special Redetermination.

  • LIBOR Interest Determination Date means the second LIBOR Business Day preceding each LIBOR Rate Reset Date.

  • Mandatory Redemption Event has the meaning given to it in Condition 8.7.

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b) hereto.

  • Special Mandatory Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07.

  • Interest Determination Date means, with respect to a Rate of Interest and Interest Accrual Period, the date specified as such hereon or, if none is so specified, (i) the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is Sterling or (ii) the day falling two Business Days in London for the Specified Currency prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is neither Sterling nor euro or (iii) the day falling two TARGET Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is euro.

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Event has the meaning specified in Section 3.02(a) hereto.

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, with respect to a Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the Reset Date on which such Reset Period commences;

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Price means 100% of the principal amount of the Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of the Notes to, but not including, the Special Redemption Date.

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning assigned to it under the definition of Term SOFR Reference Rate.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;
