Manhattan Common Stock definition

Manhattan Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.001, of Manhattan.
Manhattan Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.001 per share, of Manhattan. “Manhattan Insiders” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.13 hereof.
Manhattan Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.001 per share, of Manhattan.
