Manitoba Building Code definition

Manitoba Building Code means the building code adopted by the Lieutenant Governor in Council pursuant to The Buildings and Mobile Homes Act and adopted by the Winnipeg Building By-law;
Manitoba Building Code means the current edition of the building code adopted by regulation pursuant to The Buildings and Mobile Homes Act.
Manitoba Building Code when used in this By-law means the building construction codes and standards adopted by the Winnipeg Building By-law No. 4555/87 and any replacement by-law;
