Manufacturer Indemnitees has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.
Manufacturer Indemnitees means (i) Manufacturer and its Affiliates; (ii) each of the respective past, present and future directors, officers, employees or agents of the entities described in (i) above, in each case in their respective capacities as such; and (iii) each of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.
Manufacturer Indemnitees has the meaning specified in Section 10.3;

This indemnity will not apply to the extent that these Losses are those for which Customer is obligated to indemnify the Manufacturer Indemnitees under Section 14.1.
