Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price definition

Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price or "MSRP" means the manufacturer's list price or last reported list price of the Covered Device at the Effective Date of this Plan.
Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price or “MSRP” shall mean Enterprise’s stated standard retail price for the Enterprise Products and Hosting Services, as revised from time to time by Enterprise pursuant to Section 5.7.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
