Manufacturer Warranty Period definition

Manufacturer Warranty Period means the warranty period for the Good provided by the manufacturer of the Good, or in relation to services, the warranty period provided by the persons undertaking the service;
Manufacturer Warranty Period means the period stated a written guarantee, issued by Us for Equipment/Software by its respective manufacturer, offering to repair or replace the Equipment/Software as necessary within a specified period of time. This period varies based on the type of Equipment/Software and the issuing manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty Period the first year Breakdown covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. The covered breakdown will vary for each Personal Electronic Equipment in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the said Personal Electronic Equipment.

  • Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.
