Market Codes definition

Market Codes means all codes issued by Ofwat under sections 66DA and 117F of the Act including, without limitation, the Wholesale Retail Code, the Wholesale Contract and the Market Arrangements Code and any changes to those codes from time to time.
Market Codes means the Codes set out in the Market Architecture Plan setting out the operational rules for the new water market;

Examples of Market Codes in a sentence

  • Where a meter reading is not available, the volume charge will be based on an estimate, subject to Market Codes.

  • Any charges demanded or paid will be adjusted in accordance with the Regulations and the Market Codes.

  • Retailers should notify the Company of changes in occupancy of Non-Household Premises in accordance with the Market Codes.

  • All charges under the wholesale charges document are payable by the Retailer in accordance with the Market Codes.

  • Where we initiate an installation or replacement of a Meter, it will follow the operational processes outlined in the Market Codes.

Related to Market Codes

  • Adaptable means constructed in compliance with the technical design standards of the Barrier Free Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-7.
