Wholesale Contract definition

Wholesale Contract means the wholesale contract dated 30 March 2017 between the Wholesaler and the Retailer.
Wholesale Contract means the contract between the Contracting Wholesaler and the Contracting Retailer that constitutes:
Wholesale Contract means the wholesale contract dated [CONTRACT DATE] between the Wholesaler and the Retailer.

  • Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments.
