Market Site definition

Market Site means areas for the standing of the Market in High Street, or any other areas of Bromsgrove as designated from time to time by the Council.
Market Site means areas for the standing of the market in Market Place, Market Street, Cattle Market and Devonshire Square or any other areas of Loughborough as designated from time to time by the Council.
Market Site means the place where the Market takes place.

Market Site means the pavilion market sites or the tent sites at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxx, Alabama where the Athens Farmers Market (the “AFM”) will take place; (g) The “Market” is Spirit of Athens, Alabama, Inc., an Alabama non-profit corporation, its affiliates, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives. The Market runs the AFM and sets the philosophy and purpose of the AFM; (h) The “Market Manager” is a person appointed by the Market to make the day-to-day operation decisions for the Market; (i) “Market Product” means a product grown or made in North Alabama or the Tennessee Valley by a Producer and that is for sale at the AFM and that is clearly labeled with the Producer’s name; (j) “No-Show Vendor” is defined as a Vendor who does not attend the ASFM when expected and without notifying the Market; (k) “Producer” means a person or entity located in North Alabama or the Tennessee Valley who grows or makes a Market Product for sale at the AFM and may include the producer’s family members, partners and employees. The term Producer is sometimes herein also referred to as a Vendor in this and other market documentation.
Market Site means the pavilion market sites or the tent sites at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx where the Athens Saturday Market (the “ASM”) will take place;
Market Site means all property owned by the Central New York Regional Market Authority in the City of Syracuse at 2100 Park Street which includes the “Market”.
Market Site means all property rented by the Westcott Community Center in the City of Syracuse at 826 Euclid Avenue which includes the “Market”.

Related to Market Site

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer.
