Such Marketing Communications Guidelines shall establish reasonable principles to be followed in the development of advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns in order to ensure a consistent and coherent brand image.
All advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns conducted by Licensee shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the Marketing Communications Guidelines.
