Marketing premises definition

Marketing premises means, in the case of any franchise, premises that, under the franchise, are to be employed by the franchisee in connection with the sale, consignment, or distribution of motor fuel.
Marketing premises means premises to which a franchise agreement relates, being the premises referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) or sub- paragraph (c) (i) or (ii), as the case may be, of the definition of "franchise agreement";
