Examples of Marketo Services in a sentence

  • If Customer terminates a Provisioning Document for Marketo’s uncured material breach, Customer will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for applicable prepaid fees under such terminated Provisioning Document for the Marketo Services not performed as of the date of termination.

  • If Marketo cannot re-perform such deficient Marketo Services as warranted, Customer will be entitled to terminate the deficient Marketo Services, as applicable, under Section 5.2 above and recover a pro-rata portion of the fees paid to Marketo for such deficient Marketo Services, and such refund will be Marketo's entire liability.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law and except for the express warranties in this Agreement, Marketo provides the Marketo Services on an "as-is" basis.

  • Customer will notify Marketo of any Subscription Services deficiencies under Section 6.2 within 45 days of the date on which the condition giving rise to the claim first appeared or Consulting Services warranty deficiencies under Sections 6.3 within 30 days of the performance of the deficient Consulting Services, and, in either case, Customer's exclusive remedy will be the re-performance of the deficient Marketo Services.

  • All such policies identified under this Section shall be issued by reputable and financially sound insurance companies authorized to do business in the geographic area where the Marketo Services are to be performed.

  • Additionally, Customer Affiliates may procure Marketo Services directly under this Agreement pursuant to a Provisioning Document executed by such Customer Affiliate and either Marketo or a Marketo Affiliate.

  • The sections that follow briefly describe each component; for a detailed description, see Annex 2.

  • Customer is responsible for the acts and omissions of Customer Affiliates under any Provisioning Document pursuant to which the Customer Affiliate receives the benefit of the Marketo Services but is not a signatory.

Related to Marketo Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.
