Marketplace operator definition

Marketplace operator or "operator" means a private sector entity with which the director has contracted to operate the marketplace pursuant to chapter 43.330 RCW.
Marketplace operator means: (i) Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) and any of its affiliates that operate its Cloud Marketplace; (ii) Microsoft Corporation and any of its affiliates that operate its Cloud Marketplace; or (iii) Google LLC and any of its affiliates that operate its Cloud Marketplace, as applicable.
Marketplace operator means a Client operating a Marketplace.
