EC Treaty means the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (signed in Rome on 25 March 1957), as amended by the Treaty on European Union (signed in Maastricht on 7 February 1992) and as amended by the Treaty of Amsterdam (signed in Amsterdam on 2 October 1997), as further amended from time to time;
Patent Cooperation Treaty means the Patent Cooperation Treaty done at Washington on June 19, 1970;
Treaty means the Treaty establishing the European Community, as amended.
Overseas treatment means treatments or appliances provided or sourced from outside of Australia. This includes treatment on cruise ships inside or outside Australian waters.
Cape Town Treaty means, collectively, the official English language text of (a) the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, and (b) the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, in each case adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Cape Town Treaty with respect to that country, the Cape Town Treaty as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated, and (c) all rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto and, in the case of each of the foregoing described in clauses (a) through (c), all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto.
Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Tax Free Trust ("Tax Free Trust") on behalf of its series Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Insured Tax Free Income Fund ("Insured Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Tax Free High Income Fund ("Tax Free High Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital California Insured Tax Free Fund ("California Insured Tax Free Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Municipal Income Fund ("Municipal Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Intermediate Term Municipal Income Fund (Intermediate Term Municipal Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Florida Insured Tax Free Income Fund ("Florida Insured Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital New Jersey Tax Free Income Fund ("New Jersey Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital New York Tax Free Income Fund ("New York Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital California Tax Free Income Fund ("California Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Michigan Tax Free Income Fund ("Michigan Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Missouri Tax Free Income Fund ("Missouri Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Ohio Tax Free Income Fund ("Ohio Tax Free Income Fund")
Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended.
land development application means the application for a land development permit on a form provided by [local jurisdiction] along with the supporting documentation required in Section [Y]-10(a).
Public Xxxxxx shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.01(f).
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
15(519) means the weekly statistical release designated as such, or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The date of determination of a Make-Whole Premium will be the third Business Day prior to the applicable prepayment date and the "most recent H.15(519)" means the H.15(519) published prior to the close of business on the third Business Day prior to the applicable prepayment date.
Hospital treatment means treatment (including provision of goods and services) that is intended to manage a disease, injury or condition and is provided at a hospital or arranged with the direct involvement of a hospital.
Mechanical Treatment means the use of power saws, axes, or other approved tools to remove trees.
Residential treatment means services at a facility that provides care 24 hours daily to one or more patients, including, but not limited to, the following services: room and board; medical, nursing and dietary services; patient diagnosis, assessment and treatment; individual, family and group counseling; and educational and support services, including a designated unit of a licensed health care facility providing any and all other services specified in this paragraph to patients with substance use disorder.[PL 2017, c. 407, Pt. National Treatment NT shall not apply to any measure affecting the type of activities which may be conducted on land or the usage of land, including but not limited to, land zoning, land use and urban planning policies. Urban Redevelopment Authority Act, Chapter 340, 1985 Revised Edition
International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization;
Mental health treatment center means a treatment facility organized to provide care and treatment
UK Treaty State means a jurisdiction having a double taxation agreement (a “UK Treaty”) with the United Kingdom which makes provision for full exemption from tax imposed by the United Kingdom on interest.
Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
National Treasury means the National Treasury established by section 5 of the Public Finance Management Act;
Diocese means the Church of England diocese in which the Academies are situated;
Xxxxxxx Rule means Section 13 of the U.S. Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, and the applicable rules and regulations thereunder.
Medical Treatment means examination and treatment by a Legally Qualified Physician for a condition which first manifested itself, worsened or became acute or had symptoms which would have prompted a reasonable person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment.
Xxxxxxx Act means the Xxxxxxx Antitrust Act of 1890.
