More Definitions of Master Class

Master Class means a specialized course for limited duration that is not regularly offered by USC and is taught by an expert in a recognized field of artistic endeavor who does not work for USC to teach on a regular basis.

Master Class means any teaching activity performed by a company member to non-company members for the purposes of giving instruction and criticism. Such activity shall not exceed two (2) hours in duration, and the hours shall be counted toward the hours worked in the day and toward hours worked in the week pursuant to Paragraph 23(k)5. Payment for teaching a Master Class, as provided for in Paragraph 16(b)(4), is in addition to any compensation, overtime or penalty payments as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
