Master Collocation Agreement definition

Master Collocation Agreement means a Collocation Agreement that permits a Tower Subtenant to occupy space (including on a Tower) at more than one site, which may include sites that are not the subject of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
Master Collocation Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.

  • Master means the person having command of a ship;

  • TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights;

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • Data Processing Lease means any lease or licensing agreement, binding on the Failed Bank as of Bank Closing, the subject of which is data processing equipment or computer hardware or software used in connection with data processing activities. A lease or licensing agreement for computer software used in connection with data processing activities shall constitute a Data Processing Lease regardless of whether such lease or licensing agreement also covers data processing equipment.

  • Transition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 12.8.1.

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.

  • Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.

  • Sponsor Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
