Master Disposition Agreement definition

Master Disposition Agreement means that certain master disposition agreement among Delphi, GM Components Holdings, LLC, Parnassus Holdings II, LLC and Other Sellers and Other Buyers Party thereto, dated as of June 1, 2009.
