The failure or inability of the Master Hotel Manager to satisfy its obligations to AHIP or effectively and efficiently operate AHIP’s hotel properties could have a material adverse effect on AHIP’s financial position, results of operations and cash flows, which could in turn reduce the amount of cash available for distribution to Unitholders and for the payment of interest and principal to holders of Debentures and could negatively impact the market price of the Units and Debentures.
