Master Indenture Security Documents definition

Master Indenture Security Documents means any mortgage on, security interest in, or pledge, hypothecation, assignment or other transfer of any real, personal or real and personal property, tangible or intangible, given from time to time to the Master Trustee by the Borrower or other members of the Obligated Group as security for the obligations under the Master Indenture.

  • indenture securities means the Securities.

  • indenture security holder means a Holder.

  • indenture to be qualified means this Indenture.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Indenture means this Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
