Master Owners Association definition

Master Owners Association means an organization formed for the sole purpose of managing all shared or common elements of the Property and whose members consist of the Developer Owner and Parcel Owners or their elected representatives.
Master Owners Association means one or more master owners associations formed and existing pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 38-33.3-101 et seq., for the purpose of providing certain non-public services to the FDP Properties and/or the Project.
