Master Service List definition

Master Service List means the 2002 Service List filed from time to time on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases.
Master Service List means the then-most current service list containing the names and addresses of those Persons receiving notice of all pleadings Filed with the Bankruptcy Court in this Reorganization Case. A copy of the then-current Master Service List is available from Debtor's counsel.
Master Service List means that service list as created pursuant to that certain order entered on September 13, 1999.

  • When Master Service and Notice Lists are designated for use in a Chapter 11 case, the certificate of service for any document may list the date and number of the Master Service List or Master Notice List instead of listing the names and addresses of each person served.
