Examples of Master Terms in a sentence
If Vendor requires use of a Vendor-form sales order in connection with any of the goods or services to be purchased, Vendor hereby acknowledges and agrees that to the extent such sales order contains any pre-printed or other terms and conditions, such terms and conditions, whether in addition to or in conflict with this Agreement, shall have no effect whatsoever and these Master Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between Alorica and Vendor.
If any provision of these Master Terms and Conditions or the Order is declared invalid for any reason, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Master Terms and Conditions and the individual Alorica Orders entered into pursuant to these Master Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to each Order.
The legal relationship among the parties, these Master Terms and Conditions and any Order between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
The initial term of the master agreement shall be two (2) years with renewal provisions as outlined in Section 3 of the NASPO ValuePoint Master Terms and conditions (Attachment A: NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions).
