Matching Grant Manual definition

Matching Grant Manual means the manual setting forth the eligibility criteria, selection process and implementation for the purposes of carrying out Part C of the Project;
Matching Grant Manual means the manual prepared and adopted by the Recipient, satisfactory to the Association, setting forth rules, methods, guidelines, and procedures for the carrying out Part 3.2 of the, as references in Section I.E.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Matching Grant Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and to be adopted by the Recipient as referred in Section III.B(1)(b) of this Agreement, as said manual may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such manual.

Matching Grant Manual means the manual prepared by RAB for the implementation of Part 1.3(c) of the Project in accordance with Section I.B.3(a) of the Schedule to the RAB Project Agreement.

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Performance-Based Award means any Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award granted to a Covered Employee that is intended to qualify as “performance-based compensation” under Section 162(m) of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • Director Award means the grant of any Award (other than an Incentive Stock Option), whether granted singly, in combination, or in tandem, to a Participant who is a Director pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions, and limitations established by the Board.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).
