Matching Grant Manual definition

Matching Grant Manual means the manual setting forth the eligibility criteria, selection process and implementation for the purposes of carrying out Part C of the Project;
Matching Grant Manual means the manual prepared and adopted by the Recipient, satisfactory to the Association, setting forth rules, methods, guidelines, and procedures for the carrying out Part 3.2 of the, as references in Section I.E.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Matching Grant Manual in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall: (a) prepare and adopt a Matching Grant Manual under terms and conditions acceptable to the Association, and (b) thereafter, carry out Part 2(b)(ii) of the Project in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Matching Grant Manual, including eligibility criteria, selection procedures and implementation conditions.

  • The Recipient shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the Matching Grant Manual without prior written approval of the Association.

  • Establishment and operation of a Matching Grant Facility to help strengthen the competitiveness of the Borrower’s enterprises’ by facilitating access of qualifying enterprises to external expertise to improve quality standards and certification, all in accordance with the Matching Grant Manual.

Related to Matching Grant Manual

  • Grant Award The Provider is required to match the grant award as required in the rules implementing the Federal Victims of Crime Act. Match contributions equal to 20 percent (cash or in-kind) of the total cost of each VOCA project (VOCA grant funds plus match contributions) must be reported monthly to the OAG. All funds designated as match contributions are restricted in the same manner and to be expended for the same uses as the VOCA victim assistance grant funds and must be expended within the grant period. Unless otherwise approved by the OAG, match contributions must be reported on a monthly basis in an amount consistent with the amount of funding requested for reimbursement.

  • Nonemployee Director Award means any Award granted to a Nonemployee Director.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.
