Examples of Material Commercial Lease in a sentence

  • With respect to Material Commercial Leases, Borrower shall not: enter into any Material Commercial Lease except with the prior written consent of Lender; or modify the terms of, extend, or terminate any Material Commercial Lease (including any Material Commercial Lease in existence on the Effective Date) without the prior written consent of Lender.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 6.22, as of the Closing Date, no Tenant under any Material Commercial Lease of any Pool Property is entitled to any free rent, partial rent, rebate of rent payments, credit, offset or deduction in rent, including lease support payments or lease buy-outs, except as reflected in such Material Commercial Leases or such Rent Roll.

  • The Borrower will promptly deliver to the Agent copies of all material notices, certificates, requests, demands and other instruments received from or given by a Tenant to Borrower or a Guarantor with respect to any Lease Default under such Tenant’s Material Commercial Lease of any Pool Property.

  • With respect to Material Commercial Leases, IDOT Guarantor shall not: enter into any Material Commercial Lease except with the prior written consent of Lender; or modify the terms of, extend, or terminate any Material Commercial Lease (including any Material Commercial Lease in existence on the Effective Date) without the prior written consent of Lender.

  • The Borrower will promptly notify the Agent in writing of any Lease Default by a Tenant under its Material Commercial Lease of any Pool Property.

  • The Borrower has delivered to the Agent true and complete copies, in all material respects, of the Material Commercial Leases and any amendments thereto relating to each Pool Property required to be delivered as a part of the Eligible Real Estate Qualification Documents; provided, however, that if Borrower has knowledge that any immaterial part of the lease file for any Material Commercial Lease is missing, Borrower has provided notice to Agent of what is missing and the nature of its contents, if known.
