Material Investor definition

Material Investor means a Person who owns, directly or indirectly, an interest in any class of securities of a Borrower that is greater than or equal to a 10% interest in such outstanding class of securities.
Material Investor means an Investor who holds any legal, beneficial or equitable interest in at least [twenty five percent (25%)] of the shares in the Generator or Holdco;
Material Investor means a company denominated as such in the definition of Material Investee.
