Benefit Plan Investor definition

Benefit Plan Investor means an “employee benefit plan” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA that is subject to Title I of ERISA, a “plan” as defined in and subject to Section 4975 of the Code or an entity whose underlying assets include plan assets of any of the foregoing.
Benefit Plan Investor shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.9.
Benefit Plan Investor means a benefit plan investor as defined in the Plan Asset Regulations.

Benefit Plan Investor means a benefit plan investor as defined in regulations
