Maturity Amendment means, any amendment to the Underlying Instruments of any Loan Asset which delays or extends the maturity date or any principal payment date for such Loan Asset.
Maturity Amendment. The meaning specified in Section 7.20.

Examples of Maturity Amendment in a sentence
The Collateral Manager may direct the Collateral Trustee at any time without restriction to sell any Collateral Obligation that becomes subject to a proposed Maturity Amendment that fails to satisfy the criteria required hereunder to allow the Issuer (or the Collateral Manager on the Issuer's behalf) to vote in favor of, or consent to, such Maturity Amendment.
For the avoidance of doubt, an amendment that would extend the stated maturity date of any tranche of the credit facility of which a Collateral Obligation is part, but would not extend the stated maturity date of the Collateral Obligation held by the Issuer, does not constitute a Maturity Amendment.
