Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).
Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date means, with respect to a Valuation Obligation, the Limitation Date occurring on or immediately following the Credit Observation End Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the final maturity date of the Restructured Bond or Loan with the latest final maturity date of any Restructured Bond or Loan occurs prior to the 2.5-year Limitation Date (such Restructured Bond or Loan, a "Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan") and the Credit Observation End Date occurs prior to the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan, then the Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date will be the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan.
Postponed Maturity Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Maturity Date;
Expected Maturity Date means June 15, 2021.
Class B Maturity Date means the January 2040 Distribution Date.
L/C Maturity Date means the date that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.
Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.
Legal Final Maturity Date means the first Settlement Date on or after the date that is two years after the Termination Date.
Tranche B Maturity Date means May 8, 2009, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
Revolving Maturity Date means April 22, 2024 (or, with respect to any Revolving Lender that has extended its Revolving Commitment pursuant to a Permitted Amendment, the extended maturity date, set forth in any such Loan Modification Agreement).
Class C Maturity Date is defined in the Indenture.
Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.
Second Extended Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.
Modified Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date means with respect to a Reference Obligation, the date that is the later of (x) the Scheduled Maturity Date of the Notes and (y) 60 months following the Restructuring Date in the case of a Restructured Bond or Loan, or 30 months following the Restructuring Date in the case of all other Reference Obligations.
Revolving Facility Maturity Date means, as the context may require, (a) with respect to the Revolving Facility in effect on the Closing Date, the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date and (b) with respect to any other Classes of Revolving Facility Commitments, the maturity dates specified therefor in the applicable Extension Amendment or Refinancing Amendment.
Pawn transaction means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.
Refinancing Transactions means the transactions described under “Summary—The Refinancing Transactions” in the Offering Memorandum.
Maturity Date Extension Request means a request by the Borrower, in the form of Exhibit G hereto or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent, for the extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to Section 2.20.
Extended Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).
First Extended Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).
Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Term B Maturity Date means January 31, 2025.
Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.
Roll-Up Transaction means a transaction involving the acquisition, merger, conversion or consolidation either directly or indirectly of the Company and the issuance of securities of a Roll-Up Entity to the holders of Common Shares. Such term does not include:
Tranche B Term Loan Maturity Date means October 20, 2016.
Initial Term Loan Maturity Date means September 24, 2014 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.
