Maturity Record Date definition

Maturity Record Date means, with respect to any Security, as of 11:59 p.m. on the date fifteen (15) days prior to the Maturity Date or Redemption Date applicable to such Security.

Maturity Record Date means, with respect to any Bond, as of the close of business on the first Business Day that is at least 31 days prior to the Maturity Date or redemption date applicable to such Bond.
