Maximum Insurance Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(c).

An estimate of Merger Related Expenses shall be set forth in Section 1.01(a) of HEOP’s Disclosure Schedule, which shall be updated within five Business Days prior to the Closing Date. “Nasdaq” means the Nasdaq Global Market or such other securities exchange on which the PPBI Common Stock may be listed. “National Labor Relations Act” means the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. “OREO” means other real estate owned.

  • Maximum Term Loan Amount means Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000).

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission.
