More Definitions of Maximum Revolving Advance

Maximum Revolving Advance. Amount shall mean $175,000,000, subject to increases in an aggregate amount not to exceed $50,000,000 pursuant to Section 2.11 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments]. Month, with respect to an Interest Period under the LIBOR Rate Option, shall mean the interval between the days in consecutive calendar months numerically corresponding to the first day of such Interest Period. If any LIBOR Rate Interest Period begins on a day of a calendar month for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the month in which such Interest Period is to end, the final month of such Interest Period shall be deemed to end on the last Business Day of such final month. Multiemployer Plan shall mean any employee benefit plan which is a “multiemployer plan” within the meaning of Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA and to which any Borrower or any member of the ERISA Group is then making or accruing an obligation to make contributions or, within the preceding five Plan years, has made or had an obligation to make such contributions. Multiple Employer Plan shall mean a Plan which has two or more contributing sponsors (including any Borrower or any member of the ERISA Group) at least two of whom are not under common control, as such a plan is described in Sections 4063 and 4064 of ERISA. New Lender shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.11 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments].
Maximum Revolving Advance. Amount" in Section 1.2 of the Credit Agreement (last amended in the Seventh Amendment to Revolving Credit and Security Agreement) is hereby amended to add the following immediately after the phrase "twenty- five million dollars ($25,000,000) at all other times after the sale of the Women's Jewelry Business": "until May 7, 2002 and (c) "twenty-three million dollars ($23,000,000) at all other times on and after May 7, 2002."

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Maximum Revolving Loan Amount means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment(s) of all Lenders minus the Letter of Credit Reserve and (b) the Borrowing Base minus the Letter of Credit Reserve.
