Maximum Subsidy definition

Maximum Subsidy means the maximum amount that may be paid by Contractor to a housing provider under the terms of this Contract for the use of housing by an Eligible Consumer. In general, the Maximum Housing Subsidy is 120 percent of 2018 Fair Market Rents, unless Contractor first submits the rationale for a higher subsidy to DBHR for approval.
