McCormick Place definition

McCormick Place means the McCormick Place Complex®, the world class multi-purpose convention and meeting facility consisting of the Energy Center, Lakeside Center, North, South and West Buildings, the Arie Crown Theater®, and the Corporate Center. The term “McCormick Place” does not include the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel and/or any facilities not built at the time of execution of this agreement.

McCormick Place means the complex known as McCormick Place Campus, which is under the jurisdiction of the MPEA. The term “McCormick Place” includes the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel, the McCormick Place Event Center and the Marriott Marquis Chicago Hotel.

  • The Selected Contractor must procure and maintain, at its own expense, until final completion of the Services covered by this Contract and during the time period following final completion if required to return and perform additional Services, for any reason whatsoever, the types of insurance specified below, in amounts specified by McCormick Place | ASM GLOBAL 's Risk Manager.

  • McCormick Place | ASM GLOBAL, however, reserves the right to waive any or all informalities when it considers a waiver to be in its and the public's best interest.

  • McCormick Place | ASM GLOBAL reserves the right to modify insurance requirements based on the nature of the services rendered or the projects required under the Agreement.

  • SC means the Special Conditions of Contract by which the GC may be amended or supplemented.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
