To the extent that Keysight’s use of the Licensed Marks is unchanged from how the Licensed Marks were used in a product Sold by Agilent’s Electronic Measurement Group prior to the Effective Date, such use in the counterpart Keysight product shall be deemed to be consistent with the Trademark Usage Guidelines.
