Measurement Group definition

Measurement Group means the Company or Business Unit to which a Participant is assigned in accordance with Article 4.1 and whose financial results will determine if the Participant will receive an Award.
Measurement Group means Vishay Measurements Group, Inc., a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of VPG.
