Media Costs definition

Media Costs means collectively, the (i) Insertion Costs; (ii) Sampling Costs; (iii) Print Costs; (iv) Data Costs; and (v) Gift Certificate Costs.
Media Costs means all costs directly associated with the purchase of cable, broadcast and satellite air time (including all third-party placement fees and commissions.

Examples of Media Costs in a sentence

  • Promptly after the end of each month, Agent shall determine (i) the amount of Media Revenues generated during the previous month in accordance with the terms herein and GAAP as consistently applied by the Company; (ii) the amount of Media Payments due Company in respect of such month, and (iii) the amount of Media Costs payable to or by Company and shall deliver a copy of each such determination.

  • The Parties hereby agree that if the Effective Date falls on a day other than the last or first day of any given month, any Website Fees shall be prorated, with no other Media Payments or Media Costs owed by one Party to the other for such month.
